Penyuluhan Mengenai “Evaluasi Pelayanan Posyandu Berbasis Masyarakat” Kepada Kader Posyandu Desa Kombeng Indah Kecamatan Kombeng

Abstract

Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu) are community-based health service units that play an important role in improving maternal and child health. However, the implementation of Posyandu services still faces various challenges, particularly related to the limited understanding of cadres in conducting systematic and participatory service evaluations. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and capacity of Posyandu cadres through counseling on community-based evaluation of Posyandu services. The activity was conducted in Kombeng Indah Village, Kombeng District, East Kutai Regency, involving Posyandu cadres as participants. The methods used included counseling, interactive discussions, and joint reflection. The results showed an improvement in cadres’ understanding of the concept and importance of Posyandu service evaluation as a basis for improving service quality. The cadres also demonstrated active participation in discussions and the ability to identify simple indicators for evaluating Posyandu services. This activity is expected to encourage the sustainable implementation of community-based service evaluations to enhance the quality of Posyandu services
