Pengembangan model pembelajaran agama islam yang efektif berdasarkan teori pendidikan agama islam
Abstract
This study aims to develop an effective Islamic religious education model based on Islamic educational theory that is integral, holistic, and oriented toward character formation. The background of this research is the weak effectiveness of religious instruction in madrasahs, which remains predominantly focused on cognitive aspects. The method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review and analysis of learning models aligned with the principles of Islamic education. The findings reveal that the development of an effective learning model must be rooted in the values of tawhid, fitrah, and tarbiyah; adopt a student-centered approach; and integrate values, knowledge, and skills within the real-life context of students. This model has been shown to enhance student engagement, internalization of religious values, and the formation of strong religious and ethical attitudes.
